Finding the optimal product is not always easy. If you have technical questions, you are not sure which products you need or you just need a good advice our customer service is ready to help you by email or telephone.

We are fluent in both German and English. Our serivce times are from 8:30 to 17:00 and from 19:30 to 22:00, german time. Don't hesitate, we are looking forward to assisting you.

Update Service

You always want to be up to date with the latest information, so why not the same for your FISCON handsfree? All of our handsfree kits are upgradable, allowing you to benefit from product innovations in the future.

The firmware of a FISCON handsfree is to be continuously adapted to new cellphones. In just a few minutes you can update the firmware with a notebook using a Bluetooth connection. It is not required to remove the interface from the car.

Paying only the small fee of 20€ (inclusive of return shipping costs), we will upgrade the firmware for the car compatibility of your FISCON handsfree with the latest firmware at any time.

This will allow you to keep your FISCON handsfree up-to-date in the event that your cellphone or car changes.

Spare Parts Service

If you want to adopt your FISCON handsfree to another car or if a cable has been damaged, you can buy all single components individually. With a FISCON handsfree you can plan for the long term, even if you want to change the configuration of vehicle and phone.
